In order to protect your garment, we exercise the utmost care and follow the care label instructions on each item we process. We do not however accept any liability or responsibility for damage of garments resulting in the standard processes of cleaning the garment. This includes but is not limited to: loss of buttons, loss of beading, items left in pockets, fading or shrinkage of the item in questions.

We offer a professional cleaning guarantee, this means we will safely clean each garments we process, each garment will be handled with maximum care .However ,this does not mean that we guarantee that all stains in the garments will be removed. We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes, which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual item.

Nevertheless, if you authorise us to processed, you must assume responsibility for any damage to the garments. We accept no liability for garments that have missing or removed care label also.
